Correct Care Solutions Continuous Quality Improvement Program Manager in Nashville, Tennessee


Our CQI Program Manager serves as leader, mentor and role model. Coordinates the continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities for CCS; Provides training and guidance regarding CQI; Assists in tracking and trending CQI data, including CCE and mortality review data; Creates Home Office auditing reports, which document, report and communicate compliance with the CCS CQI program requirements, CCS Policies and Procedures (both administrative and clinical), and contract requirements, as identified and requested; Collaborates with sites to develop, implement and communicate quality improvement plans to bring site policies and procedures into compliance with the quality requirements; Assists sites in developing ad hoc screens as needed; Monitors Home Office grievances; Submits required reports to both the CCS Home Office CQI Committee within appropriate timeframes.



  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing - Bachelor's degree preferred

  • OR

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a health-related field from an accredited program (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.)


  • Minimum of three (3) years clinic experience preferred

  • Computer literacy required

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office essential


  • Current CPR certification


  1. Identifies potential problems, establishes priorities, initiates effective problem solving based on clinical knowledge and informs CCS Leadership of trends

  2. Performs audits when necessary for company initiatives.

  3. Coordinates the collection of monthly quality improvement screens

  4. Submits quarterly reports of audits conducted

  5. Ensures that the CQI minutes reflect implementation of improvement plans

  6. Reviews and trends medication errors reported as CCEs

  7. Prepares and submits requested reports in a timely manner

  8. Reviews established policies and procedures and provides recommendations as needed

  9. Communicates information to Home Office, Regional, and Site leadership, and other staff as necessary and in a timely manner

  10. Respects dignity and confidentiality of patients

  11. Maintains the confidentially of CQI work product

  12. Maintains a log of professional staff requiring Peer Review and support the sites by notifying when these are required

  13. Trends information from accreditation audits

  14. Works collaboratively with Regional and Site staff to help meet CQI contract requirements

  15. Works collaboratively with clients on quality issues

  16. Shares knowledge and skills with others and brings creativity and innovation to practice

  17. Routinely assesses the educational needs of staff through CQI trends and aids in the development of educational objectives and strategies to meet those needs

  18. Develops and annually reviews a program plan with measurable objectives and determines appropriate resources needed to accomplish the proposed plan

  19. Supports and promotes the CQI program at the sites via education to key personnel

  20. Considers both clinical outcomes and financial implications when making recommendations for changes in practice

  21. Makes decisions and performs activities in an ethical manner

  22. Will work cooperatively with Home Office, Regional, and Site level staff to accomplish site, regional, and company goals

  23. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.

  24. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

  25. Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.

  26. Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.

  27. Perform other duties as assigned.
