Our Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to all aspects of recruiting, sourcing and referring applicants for management and non-management positions throughout the company.



  • College degree in Human Resources or closely related field; or related experience required


  • Two (2) or more years experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Recruitment strongly preferred

  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint required

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Effective communication skills

  • Team player and willing to assist with a variety of projects

  1. Open jobs in Applicant Database; place ads/postings; verify accuracy of ads run each week; coordinate direct mailing efforts; coordinates and maintains month job posting packages.

  2. Coordinate gathering and shipment of supplies for job fairs, site visits and start-ups. Coordinate registration and payment for events, and assist in making travel arrangements for recruiting team.

  3. Process advertising invoices and track ad costs via CCS Ad Cost Report.

  4. Maintain records; Generate reports and logs pertaining to applicant flow, interviews conducted and staffing.

  5. Provide information and answer all questions from potential applicants regarding positions for which they are interested, including but not limited to pay rate, work hours, physical requirements and detailed information on all duties they would perform in that position. Inform applicant of various company policies and benefits. Monitor recruitment mailbox and voicemail; respond to general employment inquiries as appropriate.

  6. Research and contact assigned colleges, newspapers, associations and various other groups regarding employment opportunities and communicating information to the Recruitment Team for recruitment purposes. Assist recruiters with resume mining and other database searches.

  7. Verify licensures for nurses, physicians, and all other healthcare professionals upon hire. Assist sites with conducting reference checks.

  8. Assist with start-up efforts including the completion of necessary paperwork for new hires.

  9. Distribute resumes and assist Recruiters with conducting phone screens with candidates.

  10. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.

  11. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

  12. Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.

  13. Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.

  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
