Correct Care Solutions Telemedicine Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee

Overview

The Telemedicine Coordinator will partner with leadership in the coordination, tracking and implementation of the telemedicine program.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook. Experience using SharePoint.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • None required.

Responsibilities

  1. Assists with new telemedicine implementations and new telemedicine provider startup including: support for initial request receipt and review, provider alignment, initial site communications, IT order, technology implementation and training, and telemedicine process coordination.

  2. Tracks program data and manages program matrices and dashboards including but not limited to: new telemedicine requests, active telemedicine facilities, telemedicine provider network, vendor billing and monthly and quarterly telemedicine metrics.

  3. Runs reports out of relevant systems to gather telemedicine encounter data for monthly and quarterly metrics. Coordinates and manages telemedicine provider and vendor schedules across multiple facilities.

  4. Coordinates key program meetings and takes and distributes meeting minutes. Manages telemedicine SharePoint document repository.

  5. Creates and distributes program communications as needed in accordance with program communication plan. Supports onboarding and training for telemedicine program new hires as needed.

  6. Perform other duties as assigned.

  7. Responsible and accountable for the work, brings energy and drive to the work.

  8. Understands the importance of consensus building, helps to manage client/stakeholder expectations, ability to navigate organization and seek answers when they don’t know the answers

  9. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.

  10. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

  11. Must pay close attention to details.
