Correct Care Solutions Regional Administrative Coordinator in South Walpole, Massachusetts


Our Regional Administrative Coordinator performs highly confidential administrative support work; organizes office operations; and oversees administrative support staff.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • Minimum of two (2) years of clerical experience.

  • General knowledge of office practices and procedures.

  • Computer skills with emphasis on spreadsheets and word processing.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity highly preferred.


  • None required.


  1. Maintains files, types correspondence and/or reports as needed and assures completion of required paperwork.

  2. Takes minutes for all assigned committees meetings; maintains the records of such meetings; addresses any follow ups; gathers additional information, etc. to assure agendas, meeting minutes and all meeting documentation is correct.

  3. Keeps calendars and scheduling of activities at the facility with the approval of the Facility Administrator.

  4. Prepares and handles documentation and materials for important meetings.

  5. Prepares on-going reports for corporate office, client and management regarding operational data.

  6. Coordinates all administrative work being conducted at the facility; supervises administrative assistant staff, conducts training, completes performance evaluations and all areas necessary for day to day supervision.

  7. Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.

  8. Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.

  9. Must be alert at all times; pay close attention to details.

  10. Must be able to work under stress on a regular or continuous basis.
